Personal information: The types of personal information or personal data we may collect about you include:

·       your contact details, including email address, mailing address, street address and/or telephone number;

This data will in no way identify you or any other individual. Northern Beaches Psychology Pty Ltd may use this aggregated non-personally identifiable data to:

·       provide our customers with further information regarding the uses and benefits of the services;

 Consequence of not providing personal information

If the you do not wish for your personal information to be collected in a way anticipated by this Privacy Policy, Northern Beaches Psychology Pty Ltd may not be in a position to provide products and services to you. You may request to be anonymous or to use a pseudonym when you are providing personal information, however this will not be possible when providing payment.

How we treat personal information that is also sensitive information

Storage

We are committed to ensuring that the personal information we collect is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures.
